June 6 - July 22
All 6th-12th grade students are invited to join our summer workouts. Workouts are not mandatory. If you can only be at one workout per day, choose the evening workout if possible. Morning workouts will be strength and conditioning while evening workouts will focus on sport-specific skills with their respective coaches. Friday nights will be active team building events like flag football, kickball, capture the flag, etc. Snacks and drinks will be provided on Friday nights.
Summer Workout Schedule
Monday:
- 8am-10am - Middle School Strength/Conditioning
- 10am-Noon - High School Strength/Conditioning
- 6pm-8pm - Girls Volleyball / Boys Baseball
Tuesday:
- 8am-10am - Middle School Strength/Conditioning
- 10am-Noon - High School Strength/Conditioning
- 2pm-4pm - Boys Basketball Practice (Summer League Basketball Games on these evenings)
- 6pm-8pm - Girls Softball
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday:
- 8am-10am - Middle School Strength/Conditioning
- 10am-Noon - High School Strength/Conditioning
- 6pm-8pm - Girls Basketball & Boys Football
Friday:
- 8am-10am - Middle School Strength/Conditioning
- 10am-Noon - High School Strength/Conditioning
- 6pm-8pm - All Athletics Team Building
